To reset your password:

1. Click on the "Login" link in the top menu
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for reset instructions
5. Follow the link in the email to create a new password

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Site configuration can be updated through the admin panel:

1. Log in with your admin account
2. Navigate to "System Setup" in the admin menu
3. Select "Site Setup"
4. Choose your site from the list
5. Update the configuration as needed
6. Click "Save Changes"

Email configuration is managed through the Mail Configuration page:

1. Log in with your admin account
2. Navigate to "System Setup" in the admin menu
3. Select "Mail Configuration"
4. Enter your SMTP server details
5. Click "Save Configuration"

To submit a support ticket:

1. Click on "HelpDesk" in the top menu
2. Select "Submit a Ticket" from the dropdown
3. Fill out the ticket form with details about your issue
4. Click "Submit Ticket"
